With its automatic filling technology, Lohnpack provides a superb service for filling sausages. Lohnpack fills almost all versions of sausages with a broad spectrum of filling materials in its customary efficient manner.
Our assembly lines enable us to manufacture products of various diameters, lengths, and sealed seams (both fin seals and lap seals).
Overview of dimensions:
- Minimum caliber: 18 mm diameter
- Minimum volume: about 25 ml
- Maximum caliber: 150 mm diameter
- Maximum volume: about 10 liters
Within these ranges, just about all requested dimensions and volumes are available.

Different filling materials require different packaging foils. Over the years, Lohnpack has acquired the necessary experience to advise you on the right choice of foil. Certain proven foils have established themselves as a standard, and we keep them in stock. Thus, even small quantities of material can be filled using these foils. This can be a competitive advantage for new products or for smaller enterprises.
Foils can be processed with either plain or printed designs. Tactile marks facilitate the manufacturing of sausages which have a defined print layout.
